The Main Court at the club is now open for the 2011 season and can be booked online by any member through a new online reservation system. We have switched to a system offered by appointy.com mainly because it is free. Currently we have the system set to allow you to book courts up to two weeks in advance.
Please be aware that you will receive an automatic e-mail confirmation of your reservation as soon as you make it. This does not necessarily mean that the court is free! If there is a previous reservation for a league or tournament match you will receive another e-mail canceling your reservation. Please remember to check your e-mail!
As times are booked they will no be shown as crossed off in the system, so if you need to cancel please do so through the system.
